The committee reviews Architectural Request Forms during their monthly meetings. They review changes to the exterior of a resident’s property. Examples of changes apply to landscape, exterior house painting, roofs, driveways, adding hurricane shutters, windows, doors, and fencing. Any change to the exterior of your home needs ARC approval. They approve or reject these requests. Forms must be submitted with the required information.
You can access the ARC Request form and Guidelines by clicking on the Login tab. The Login tab will redirect to the Homeowner’s Alliant Portal, then use the documents tab.
The forms may also be picked up at the clubhouse. All requests must be submitted using the Homeowner’s Alliant Portal or hand delivered to the Assistant during Office Hours.
