Committees

There is a place for everyone who would like to help make Waterways better every day. Volunteering in Waterways is an important part of our community. From serving on the Board of Directors or on one of the committees listed below, volunteers are the backbone of our life here in Waterways. If you are interested in Volunteering contact the Property Manager at 239-353-6887 or fill out one of the forms below.

Activities Committee (“AC”)

Plans Family activities and social events for the community. Events such as Food Truck Thursdays, Fall or Spring Community Garage Sale, Music on the Green, Holiday events, and children events.

Additional volunteers are always needed.

Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”)

Approves or rejects requests to make any outside changes to houses and lots, such as landscaping changes, house colors, changes to driveways, changes to roofs, plus any other changes to the exterior of the house or changes to the grounds.
Meets every other Monday at 7 pm in the Clubhouse.

Covenant Enforcement Committee (“CEC”)

The committee conducts hearings for those who have been fined for non-compliance with the covenants.

Landscape Committee (“LC”)

Acts as an advisory group pertaining to landscaping issues. Makes recommendations to the Board.

Safety and Security Committee (“SSC”)

The purpose and objective of this committee is to define and recommend
policy and procedure to the WW BOD any and all issues related to
improving, establishing, and enforcing Safety & Security for homeowners,
visitors, and property of Waterways Homeowner Association.

Communication Committee (“CC”)

Maintains the Website and updates the content.
