This 40 x 30 ft 45,00-gallon pool is surrounded by a large deck with stone tables and benches and many lounges.
Private parties held in the Clubhouse or Chickee Hut will have the right to use the pool. However, residents may also use the pool during private parties. Located behind the clubhouse.
Hours: 8 am until Dusk
ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING off of FISHING DOCK
- All children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- Infants and toddlers MUST wear swim diapers.
- Swimmers must wear appropriate swimsuits and shower before entering the pool.
- There is to be NO diving, running, horseplay or loud music allowed.
The following items are prohibited in the pool and pool areas:
- Rafts (Noodles OK)
- Glass container Food (only on upper deck)
- Bicycles / Skateboards
- No Pets
The pool areas are continually monitored by our security cameras. Please be certain that you and your guests adhere to the above rules and the RULES posted on the deck in order to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our community. The Board has provided umbrella bases for your use, you may bring your own umbrellas to use with the bases. Should you encounter pool use violations, please report violations to the Property Assistant during office hours or by phone at 239-353-6887.
Ladies’ and Mens’ restrooms are also located on the north side of the Clubhouse and can be accessed from the outside with a FOB. Be sure the doors close and lock when you exit. Access to the Bathrooms is from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. DO NOT open bathroom windows.
