Welcome to Waterways! Waterways is a gated, deed-restricted, family-oriented community. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of residents like yourself who have volunteered their time and expertise to make responsible decisions for the common good. Waterways is fortunate to have all age groups represented among its residents from young working families with children to retirees enjoying the sunshine and camaraderie that is a part of our community. There are many opportunities for residents to be an active part of this community by serving on the Board and various committees whose contributions and unique talents benefit the entire community.
In order to maintain the standards that prompted the purchase of your Waterways home, please take the time to read and understand the use restrictions as well as the architectural controls that govern our community.
Residents are welcome to participate in community-sponsored activities throughout the year. A newsletter, the Waterways Watch, is published bi-monthly with news of upcoming activities and Board updates. The Waterways Watch is delivered to all residents via email. In addition, Waterways has its own website. There you will find information pertaining to your community. The website was created specifically for residents as a source of information.
