The 2800 square foot Clubhouse has a meeting room (maximum capacity is 55 set by the Fire Department), a holding kitchen (no range or oven), a mixture of 6 and 8-foot folding tables, folding chairs, 3 sofas, a pool table, and flat-screen TV. The clubhouse is under a 24-hour security watch. The Clubhouse can be rented for private parties. Located at 925 Grand Rapids Blvd.
Cost: Fee for private parties. Free for Community Events.
Ladies’ and Mens’ restrooms are also located on the north side of the Clubhouse and can be accessed from the outside with a FOB, or from the inside of the Clubhouse during events. Be sure the doors close and lock when you exit. Access to the Bathrooms are from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. DO NOT open bathroom windows.
