Waterways has a beautiful Clubhouse and Recreational Facilities for the enjoyment of all residents. Community social events, Board of Director meetings, committee meetings, civic meetings are held in the main hall of the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse and Chickee Hut are available for residents to rent for private parties based on availability and execution of a lease and deposits.
Renting either area reserves the structure(s) for exclusive use by the renter. During private affairs, the recreational facilities other than the reserved structure(s) will remain accessible to all residents as well as attendees of the private affair.
For additional information contact the Property Manager at 239-353-6887. Inside the clubhouse is a bookcase with books that residents may borrow and then return. The management office is located inside the Clubhouse and is open during the week for residents to conduct business with the management company’s representative.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am-4pm (Closed for lunch 12pm-1pm)
Wednesday 11am-7pm (Closed for lunch 12:30-1:30pm)
