In the rear of the Clubhouse is the fitness room, which contains new equipment purchased in June 2020. The entrance to this room is with your FOB. The equipment includes (medicine balls, two treadmills, an upright bicycle, free weights, an elliptical exerciser, a leg extension machine, and a multi-gym with weights). Please leave the room and machines in the same position as you find them and report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the Property Manager. Wipe down each piece of equipment after each use with available supplies. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave.
Hours of availability are 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
(Closed for cleaning Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am – 9 am)
Restrooms
Ladies and Men restrooms are also located on the north side of the Clubhouse and can be accessed from the outside with a FOB. Be sure the doors close and lock when you exit. Access to the Bathrooms is from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. DO NOT open bathroom windows.
