The following guidelines shall be adhered to for rental of the Waterways of Naples Chickee Hut for private use. While these guidelines are written specifically for rental of the Chickee Hut for private use, this does not preclude the Board of Directors from utilizing them regarding use for community activities.
1. AVAILABILITY
Should a resident wish to rent the Chickee Hut for a private party they should contact the office for availability. Rental form is available on the WWN website.
2. CONTRACT AND FEES
If the date is available a contract will be executed between the resident renting the Chickee Hut and the Waterways of Naples BOD or its agent. The contract will outline the rate resident is being charged for the rental, as well as the conditions that govern the rental. (Click here for the Rental Contract).
Security Deposit ———- $250.00 (only one security deposit is necessary even if renting both)
No deposit for Chickee rental Only.
The rates for rental of the Waterways of Naples Chickee shall be as follows:
0-5 Hours – $25.00
Each additional hour (over 5 hours) – $ 5.00
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFEITURE
Total or partial forfeiture of resident’s security deposit could occur for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to adhere to the guidelines
- Failure to clean after usage
- Failure to comply with the attached checklist
- Destruction of or damage to any Association property
